EasiSolv™ C35 Screen Wash & Stain Remover is designed to dissolve plastisol and UV inks from the screen printing mesh before removing the emulsion. This product is applied to the screen printing mesh and rinsed with water. It also contains surfactants that degrease the screen printing mesh when used as a final step in the reclaiming process. C35 is an Easiway approved stain remover, dissolving ink stains, emulsion residue and ghost images from the screen printing mesh. This product has less than 100 grams per liter VOC content.
EasiSolv C35 has a VOC of less than 100 grams/liter, making it compliant in California areas where VOC limits are the most strict.
EasiSolv C35 is a low odor product, providing a more pleasant environment for employees.
EasiSolv C35 is non-flammable which makes it safer for handling, storage and rag disposal than conventional screen washes.
EasiSolv C35 contains low-foam detergents which contribute to superior ink and stain removal, while providing complete rinseability with water.
EasiSolv C35 may be applied manually, recirculated through the EasiFlo™ System or recirculated in enclosed, automatic screen washing systems, providing superior product life and economy.
EasiSolv C35 may be applied to a wet screen for use as a stain remover, without causing damage to the mesh.
Application for Use as a Screen Wash:
Scrape excess ink from screen.
Apply EasiSolv C35 to the ink and print side of the screen. Scrub.
Using a good high pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the ink side and work up.
Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen.
Apply an Easiway Systems, Inc. approved emulsion remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse.
If stubborn stains remain, apply EasiSolv C35 as a stain remover and high pressure rinse.
Application for Use as a Stain Remover with Degreasers:
Remove all ink and emulsion from screen.
Apply stain remover to the ink and print side of the screen, scrub.
Using a high pressure washer, rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the ink side and work up.
Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen, followed by a slow or flood rinse to activate degreasing agents. the screen will now be ready for reuse. There is no need to use an additional degreaser.
