VersaSolv™ Screen Wash & Stain Remover is an environmentally approved, water dilutable concentrate. It is a low V.O.C., extremely quick penetrating and fast acting screen wash designed to dissolve and clean plastisol and UV screen printable inks and stains from printing mesh without the hazards and odors usually associated with aggressive solvents.

VersaSolv Concentrated Screen Wash & Stain Remover Special Features:

VersaSolv is a concentrate which may be mixed with up to 4 parts water for ultimate economy.
VersaSolv dissolves plastisol and UV inks and stains quickly, allowing mesh to be rinsed clean with water.
When mixed with water, VersaSolv will remain homogeneous, and not separate over time.
VersaSolv is a low odor product, providing a more pleasant environment for employees.
VersaSolv contains no hazardous substances (no TLV’s, no PEL’s) which provides a better workplace environment.
VersaSolv is non-flammable (flash point over 200 °F) which makes it safer for handling, storage and rag disposal than
conventional screen washes.
VersaSolv contains low-foam, biodegradable detergents which contribute to superior ink and stain removal, while
providing complete rinsability with water.
VersaSolv may be applied manually or recirculated through the EasiFlo™ System, or in an enclosed, automatic screen
washing system, providing superior product life and economy.
VersaSolv is compliant in the SCAQMD when diluted properly (1 part product to 4 parts water.) Undiluted the VOC content is
480 grams per liter, diluted 1 part product with 4 parts water this product is compliant (96 grams per liter) with current VOC

requirements implemented 1/1/2009.

VersaSolv Concentrated Screen Wash & Stain Remover Application:

Scrape excess ink from screen.
Apply VersaSolv to the (well) ink and print side of the screen. Scrub if necessary.
Squeegee excess off screen.
Using a good high pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the well side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen.
Apply an Easiway Systems approved emulsion/stencil remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse.
If stubborn stains remain, apply VersaSolv again or an Easiway Systems approved stain remover and high pressure rinse.
