PlastiSolv 401 Screen Wash
PlastiSolv™ 401 Screen Wash is an environmentally approved, low odor, effective, simple to use formula designed to dissolve all plastisol, water base, electronic and UV inks, as well as solder masks and stains from printing mesh. This product will quickly and completely remove ink and stains without the hazards and odors associated with aggressive solvents and caustic stain/haze removers. PlastiSolv 401 will not "lock in" photopolymer stencil systems.

PlastiSolv 401 Screen Wash Special Features:
- PlastiSolv 401 is a low odor product, providing a more pleasant environment for employees.
- PlastiSolv 401 dissolves all textile, UV, water base and electronic inks quickly, allowing mesh to be rinsed clean with water.
- PlastiSolv 401 will not "lock in" photopolymer emulsions and films which allows for quick, easy reclaiming.
- PlastiSolv 401 contains no hazardous substances (no TLV’s, no PEL’s) which provides a better workplace environment.
- PlastiSolv 401 is non-flammable (flash point of 142°F) which makes it safer for handling, storage and rag disposal than conventional screen washes.
- PlastiSolv 401 is not SARA (Superfund Amendments Reauthorization Act) reportable which requires less solvent monitoring and paperwork.
- PlastiSolv 401 may be applied manually, recirculated through the EasiFlo™ System or recirculated in enclosed, automatic screen washing systems, providing superior product life and economy.
PlastiSolv 401 Screen Wash Application:
- Scrape excess ink from screen.
- Apply PlastiSolv 401 to the (well) ink and print side of the screen. Scrub if necessary.
- Squeegee excess off screen.
- Using a good high pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the well side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen.
- Apply an EasiWay Systems, Inc. approved emulsion/stencil remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse.
- If stubborn stains remain, apply an EasiWay Systems, Inc. approved stain remover and high pressure rinse.
