EasiSolv 2 Screen Wash
EasiSolv™ 2 Screen Wash is a unique formula designed to effectively dissolve virtually all of today’s tough printing inks from screen mesh without the hazards normally associated with solvent based screen washes.

EasiSolv 2 Screen Wash Special Features:
- EasiSolv 2 eliminates the need for hazardous haze removers by more actively dissolving the inks, and stains from previous runs, allowing the entrapped ink to be pressure rinsed out of the printing mesh.
- EasiSolv 2 may be applied manually, recirculated through the EasiFlo™ System or recirculated in enclosed, automatic screen washing systems.
EasiSolv 2 Screen Wash Application:
- Scrape excess ink from screen.
- Apply EasiSolv 2 to the (well) ink and print side of the screen. Scrub if necessary.
- Using a good high pressure washer, spray rinse the screen starting at the bottom of the well side and work up. Give good attention to the image area of the screen. Rinse the print side of the screen.
- Repeated applications may be required for extreme conditions.
- Apply an EasiWay Systems, Inc. approved emulsion/stencil remover. The screen will now be ready for reuse.
